Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, and grapes are rich source of vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in increasing the production of white blood cells which are key to fighting infections. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant it is also required for the synthesis of collagen, which helps wounds heal and helps hold blood vessels, tendons, ligaments and bone together.
Citrus fruits also help in preventing from heart disease, improving blood flow and preventing formation of bad cholesterol.
Garlic
Garlic is very useful and have multiple benefits. If you are looking to reduce your weight you can take a glass of lukewarm lemon water with 2 cloves of garlic in the mornings.
